Ingredients
  

Fondue Base

  • 11 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese do not use low-fat or fat-free
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Garnish

  • 4 crackers graham crackers crushed

Instructions
 

  • In an electric fondue pot or double boiler, heat white chocolate chips and butter slowly until just melted, stirring often.
  • Add cream cheese and continue stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Mix in confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract, stirring until fully combined.
  • Serve warm with fruits, cookies, and other dippables.
  • For the full cheesecake experience, dip into crushed graham crackers before enjoying.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat cream cheese. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat gently before serving.
