Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix 1 cup sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the baking dish.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
Spread the cheesecake mixture over the dough evenly.
Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it on top.
Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
For an extra crispy topping, broil for 2 minutes at the end of baking.
