Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg large

Crust & Topping

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup granulated sugar for cinnamon sugar mixture
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix 1 cup sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
  • Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the baking dish.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture over the dough evenly.
  • Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it on top.
  • Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

For an extra crispy topping, broil for 2 minutes at the end of baking.
